Harlequin Launches new campaign for the Love Inspired Brand
Harlequin has recently launched a new North American integrated brand campaign for its Love Inspired brand, “Stories to Uplift and Inspire”, that unapologetically celebrates the optimism and positivity that Love Inspired books offer readers.
Amidst growing appetite for inspirational and faith-based content in the marketplace, Harlequin was looking for a campaign to provide a creative platform for future growth of its inspirational brand. The stories entertain and lift readers above the stresses of their busy daily lives.
The “Stories to Uplift and Inspire” campaign depicts the uplifting experience readers get from reading Love Inspired books and reinforces the brand promise to anyone seeking inspirational, wholesome entertainment. “This campaign is a celebration of the powerful and positive feelings that readers get from Love Inspired books, and ROUND perfectly captured how special the brand makes our readers feel,” shares Merjane Schoueri, VP Marketing at Harlequin.
“Through extensive research, it was found that these books leave readers feeling inspired by the positive, uplifting stories of faith and hope. We wanted to capture that feeling in the new campaign. Instead of making a single film in different formats, we shot stills and animated them using some subtle parallax video treatments. This allowed us to provide far more assets to be deployed across all media channels,” Paul Riss, ROUND Founding Partner & Creative Director.
ROUND worked collaboratively with key Love Inspired stakeholders, including executives and authors, to bring this campaign to life.
